STUDIO-GENNAI ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, what third-party SDKs we integrate, and the choices and rights you have.

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email in the app. Payment is processed by Google Play Billing; we do not store credit card numbers or similar payment credentials.

2. Storage & Transfers

Audio and saved text notes remain on your device storage unless you choose to share/export them.
Event, device, and advertising data may be transmitted to third-party endpoints operated by our SDK providers.
Data may be transferred outside your country of residence (including to the United States).

3. Purpose of Use

Analyze usage and improve features and performance.
Measure and optimize advertising and marketing effectiveness (especially purchase conversions).
Prevent fraud/abuse and improve stability (crash and performance monitoring).

4. Third-Party SDKs & Sharing

We integrate and may send data to the following providers, processed under their policies:

TikTok Business SDK — region: US (analytics.us.tiktok.com), TTAppId: 7531612133788778513. Used for app launch and purchase conversion measurement.
Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — usage analytics and event measurement.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) (Google LLC) — ad delivery and measurement (uses Advertising ID and device data as applicable).

These providers may receive device/app information, advertising identifiers, and event data as described above. International data transfers (e.g., to the U.S.) may occur.

5. Legal Basis

Depending on your region, processing is based on your consent and/or our legitimate interests in analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We comply with applicable laws (including GDPR/CCPA) regarding disclosures, consent, and opt-out rights.

6. Your Choices & Opt-Out

You can reset or limit the Advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization).
We plan to provide in-app consent management; before consent, certain transmissions may be limited. (Feature under preparation.)

7. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above. Locally, we store minimal app state (e.g., purchase status). Third-party SDK retention follows each provider’s policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security

We use TLS and other safeguards to protect data in transit and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your information.

10. Google Play Data Safety (Summary)

Collected data: device/app info, in-app events, purchase event metadata (not raw card data).
Purposes: analytics, app functionality, ads/marketing, fraud prevention.
Data sharing: Yes (TikTok/Google).
Data encrypted in transit: Yes.
User deletion request: Supported via contact email below.
