Scope and publisher
This policy covers the iOS and Android full edition of Wish Knotter, provided by STUDIO-GENNAI. For the browser demo and this website, see the game page and the website privacy policy.
Information sent by the app
The app has no accounts, advertising, behavioral analytics, tracking or connections to external generative AI services. It has no feature that sends personal information or play data to the publisher’s servers. Artwork, audio and game content are bundled, and the game works offline.
Local storage
Completed gardens, continuation codes and progress, associated thread states, language and audio preferences are saved on your device. The publisher does not receive them. OS backup and restore may apply according to your OS or cloud service settings and policies. The app has no independent cross-device save sync or account recovery service.
Purchases, stores and the OS
The full edition is a paid download with no in-app purchases. Apple or Google handles payments, purchase history and refunds, as well as diagnostic information independently collected by the store or OS, under their policies. The app does not provide the publisher with card numbers or payment details.
Deletion and support
You can remove local app data through your OS app-management controls. Check your backup settings as well. If you contact us, we use the email address and information you voluntarily send to answer your request and follow up as needed. We delete information when no longer needed. Do not send passwords or payment details.
