Delete your account and data
Last updated: October 8, 2026
You can request deletion of your account and associated data in the app or by email. You do not need to reinstall the app to send an email request.
Deleted accounts and progress cannot be restored. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your cloud account. This does not delete your Google or Apple account.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to Reversi Master with the account you want to delete and open My Page.
- Find Delete Account near the bottom of the page and select Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, select Delete, and check that completion is displayed.
If an error or connection problem prevents confirmation, do not assume deletion is complete. Contact support below.
Request by email, including without the app
- Send an email to the address below with the subject Reversi Master account deletion.
- State that you want your account and associated data deleted. Include your sign-in method (Google or Apple) and registered email address, if known.
- The operator will confirm the account and how to verify ownership, then explain the next steps and expected handling. Sending the email does not complete deletion.

This button only opens your email app. It does not send anything or delete data automatically. If it does not open, email the displayed address directly.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, purchase tokens, card numbers, or identity-document images. Tell us if you used Apple's Hide My Email feature.
What account deletion removes
- Your Reversi Master sign-in account in Firebase Authentication
- Your profile, nickname, preferences, game progress, and earned titles
- Match history, saved match sessions, and nickname-change history
- In-app inquiries and their associated private support information
- Account-linked purchase-history records, guest-progress import records, and related data
Records retained after deletion
- Purchase-verification records used to prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and operation audit records, are not removed by account deletion. They may contain user IDs, product or transaction identifiers, and operation timestamps.
- The current system has no automatic deletion deadline for these purchase-verification and audit records. The retention guideline in the privacy policy (up to approximately seven years, or as required by law) does not mean they are automatically erased at that point. Contact support about retention needs or an individual deletion request.
- Previously transmitted analytics, crash, and advertising data are not all erased at the same time as account deletion. Their handling depends on the external services' retention settings and processes. Contact support about related deletion requests.
- Device-only guest data, email support correspondence, and purchase records held by Apple or Google are managed separately. Account deletion does not issue refunds or delete the stores' records.
